Built a multi-tenant SaaS platform that centralizes incident reporting, training, inspections, audits, corrective actions, exposure monitoring, and hazardous waste tracking, paired with an AI-powered OSHA assistant that gives users fast, citation-supported answers to safety questions.
The Challenge
Safety teams often manage incidents, inspections, training, SOPs, safety data, corrective actions, and compliance activities across disconnected processes and tools. The goal was a centralized SaaS platform that could make safety operations easier to manage, improve visibility, and reduce the manual effort involved in staying compliant, while combining structured safety workflows with AI assistance so users could quickly find reliable answers to OSHA-related questions without leaving the broader safety-management workflow.
We developed a multi-tenant SaaS platform that brings core EHS workflows into a single system. Incident management centralizes reporting, documentation, tracking, and corrective-action workflows, while digital audits and inspections cover findings and follow-up actions. Training and compliance tracking centralizes safety training and compliance activities, and an AI-powered document builder assists with creating safety documents and compliance materials. The OSHA AI Assistant is an AI-powered chatbot focused on OSHA regulations, answering questions with clickable citations so safety professionals can quickly validate compliance information. Exposure and hazardous waste management workflows cover monitoring, tracking, and reporting, and a centralized safety dashboard gives real-time visibility into incidents, hazards, corrective actions, training, and compliance activities across the organization.
